Essential
Strong understanding of technical maintenance systems including application back end knowledge, links to purchasing and dashboard reporting and strong communication skills.
A close working relationship within the business unit including the General Managers, Asset Management Accountant, and Operational Management. External Collaboration is required with dockyards and other key service providers.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Strong understanding of the technical and engineering requirements of a planned maintenance systemProactive with a sense of urgencyConstantly places safety first with a sound understanding of QHSE systems and proceduresHigh level of attention to detailWell-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skillsStrong level of competence in project management
Major Responsibilities
Support the HQ technical team in coordinating and implementing the Sertica Planned Maintenance SystemWork with internal stakeholders to effectively roll out all elements of the PMS and add on purchasing and reporting requirements.Support business unit technical superintendents and crews to understand how to use the PMSProvide system improvement ideas
Do whatever is reasonably practical to ensure that both the workplace and the work itself are safe.
