About the role:

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual to join our Head Office as Learning and Development Manager. Working closely with our Operations department, the Learning and Development Manager will oversee the daily administration, maintenance, and support of the LMS platform.

Key Duties:

  • Develop training content for the LMS platform
  • Ensure learning content complies with organisational policies and procedures
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to keep learning materials current, relevant, and accessible, with ongoing updates to compliance training.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within the LMS.
  • Upload, organise, and maintain course content, training materials, and assessments.
  • Ensure internal parties are kept informed through regular meetings and formal status reports
  • Ensure LMS functionality, security, and system updates are regularly maintained.
  • Generate reports and analytics to track user engagement and training completion.
  • Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and training resources for LMS users.
  • Assist in integrating third-party applications and tools with the LMS.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning technology.
  • Update and maintain current operations manuals within the brand

Our ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience working with LMS platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field beneficial but not essential
  • Experience working with FranConnect beneficial but not essential
  • Strong understanding of e-learning technologies and SCORM compliance (eg. Chameleon Creator)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
