About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Service Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive service excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service and Repairs division, ensuring seamless workflow, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team, coordinate installations and repairs, and maintain high service standards. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, managing inventory, handling quotes and invoicing, and ensuring the overall success of the service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support the Service and Repairs team.
- Oversee service installations for residential and commercial locations.
- Manage daily service operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Oversee inventory management and stock ordering processes.
- Handle quoting, approvals, invoicing, and payments.
- Act as an escalation point for customer and team concerns.
- Ensure team targets and metrics are met.
- Uphold high service and operational standards.
- Promote customer satisfaction through expert service and support.
- Plan and execute work with a focus on safety, resources, and timeframes.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
About You
- Proven experience in service management, preferably within the pool or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and upskill a team.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in inventory control and quoting processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- A commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
