Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in a wide variety of HR matters (no IR).
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee related issues.
  • Assist managers with their teams needs and learnings.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact in the employee contract generation.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Requirements:

A successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism

Conditions:

  • $65 plus superannuation per hour
  • The opportunity to work with a supportive team
  • St. Kilda Road location
  • A temporary role, four-months, with extension possible
  • Immediate start preferred
