Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in a wide variety of HR matters (no IR).
- Provide guidance to managers on employee related issues.
- Assist managers with their teams needs and learnings.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact in the employee contract generation.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Requirements:
A successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven work experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
Conditions:
- $65 plus superannuation per hour
- The opportunity to work with a supportive team

- A temporary role, four-months, with extension possible
