Description:
This role will include, but not limited to:
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations, some IR.
- Redesign on EVP and EAP programs.
- Run employee relations and the performance management processes.
- Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
- Support internal recruitment processes.
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.
Requirements:
A successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a HR advisor or senior HR advisor role, both blue and white collar would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
- Proactiveness and willingness to grow your career.
Conditions:
- Up to $120,000 plus superannuation.
- Travel required within Victoria.
- Food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- St. Kilda Road location.
- Predominately office based role.
