Description:

This role will include, but not limited to:

  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations, some IR.
  • Redesign on EVP and EAP programs.
  • Run employee relations and the performance management processes.
  • Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Support internal recruitment processes.
  • Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.

Requirements:

A successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a HR advisor or senior HR advisor role, both blue and white collar would be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
  • Proactiveness and willingness to grow your career.

Conditions:

  • Up to $120,000 plus superannuation.
  • Travel required within Victoria.
  • Food and beverage manufacturing industry.
  • St. Kilda Road location.
  • Predominately office based role.
