Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.
  • Support employee relations and the performance management processes.
  • Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Participate in recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.



Requirements:

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in HR operations within the FMCG industry, both blue and white collar.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
  • Proactiveness and willingness to grow your career.



Conditions:

  • $65 per hour plus superannuation
  • Travel required within Victoria
  • FMCG industry
  • St. Kilda road location
