Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
- Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.
- Support employee relations and the performance management processes.
- Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
- Participate in recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.
Requirements:
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in HR operations within the FMCG industry, both blue and white collar.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
- Proactiveness and willingness to grow your career.
Conditions:
- $65 per hour plus superannuation
- Travel required within Victoria
- FMCG industry
- St. Kilda road location
