This position focuses on reviewing, analysing, and enhancing organisational workflows, administrative processes, and service delivery methods, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. You will work closely with the leadership team to recommend and implement improvements, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with government-funded program requirements. Additionally, this role involves developing proposals for process changes, updating documentation, and driving innovation to enhance the quality of our mental health support services within schools.

Task & Responsibilities
Undertake and review work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures, including administrative and clerical processes.Assess and recommend improvements to operational workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.Analyze and review current workflow charts, records, reports, manuals, and job descriptions, identifying opportunities for optimization.Collect and analyze data related to service delivery, client outcomes, and program efficiency.Review and generate reports that provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.Monitor compliance with government funding requirements and provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods, alter workflows, and redefine job functions to resolve organisational challenges.Assist in implementing approved recommendations, including issuing revised instructions, procedure manuals, and other related documentation.Support the development of new programs and services based on data-driven insights, aiming to enhance service delivery.Review operating procedures and advise on any deviations from established standards or best practices.Ensure that the revised processes and procedures are fully implemented and communicated effectively across teams.Collaborate with leadership to align processes with Grow Wellbeing’s strategic goals and ensure continuous operational improvements.
Qualification & Experience
Expertise in analyzing and improving organizational processes across functions such as risk & compliance, sales, and finance.Strong leadership skills with experience in market analysis and strategic collaboration, with a focus on operational efficiency and growth.Studies in Strategic Management are highly desirable.Proficiency in a second language (in addition to English) is required.
