Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, leadership, and financial management, with a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service & Guest Experience

  • Ensure top-tier customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service quality.

  • Create a welcoming and friendly dining atmosphere.

Staff Management & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff.

  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

  • Conduct staff evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs.

Financial & Sales Performance

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.

  • Track and analyze sales, implement strategies to boost revenue and reduce expenses.

  • Oversee inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships.

Marketing & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers.

  • Manage promotions, events, and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

  • Collaborate with vendors, local businesses, and online platforms to expand the restaurant’s reach.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in budgeting, inventory control, and financial reporting.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

  • Hands-on role that requires standing for long hours and interacting with customers.
