Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.

Customer Service & Guest Experience

Ensure top-tier customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.

Staff Management & Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff.

Financial & Sales Performance

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
