As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management :
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the conveyor belt sushi restaurant, including restaurant service, kitchen management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure all staff collaborate efficiently for smooth restaurant operations.
- Financial Management :
- Manage the restaurant’s budget, financial records, and profit reports, ensuring the restaurant remains financially healthy.
- Monitor and control costs, and conduct regular financial audits.
- Customer Service :
- Ensure excellent customer service, address customer feedback, and resolve issues.
- Maintain the restaurant’s good reputation and improve customer satisfaction.
- Staff Training and Management :
- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring they possess necessary skills and follow company policies.
- Ensure staff comply with food hygiene and safety standards, and provide regular training and evaluations.
- Supply Chain and Inventory Management :
- Manage the procurement and inventory of food and beverages, ensuring fresh ingredients and minimizing waste.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations :
- Ensure the restaurant complies with Australian food safety, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Conduct necessary labor market testing in accordance with government regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience : Preference will be given to applicants with relevant industry experience, with at least 1 years of work experience (or specify the number of years as applicable).
- Qualification: At least a relevant diploma degree in a related field.
- Language Skills : Fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Skills : Strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Work Hours : Full-time, long-term employment, 38 hours per week.
- Salary : AUD 75,000 per year.
