Harwell Home Care Pty Ltd, a DVA-approved and VHC (Veteran Home Care)-approved provider and we are looking for our next superstar Leader to support Darwin. You will be based in Darwin and will work on the ground if ever needed. This is primarily a work from home role.

Role Overview:
As a Clinical Leader, you will:
- Create Care Plans for DVA clients (when needed)
- Support hiring of nurses and support workers
- Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure care needs are met
- Provide direct care when required
- Oversee the day-to-day support of nurses and support workers
- Lead your team of RNs, ENs and Support Workers in both Tasmania and Canberra
- Grow your regions and clients
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification – Mandatory
- Strong computer literacy
- Leadership experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in home care and working with DVA clients (desirable)
