THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to an increased workload, a great new opportunity has become available for a Manfacturing Team Member to be based at our Bunbury manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Production Manager, this position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations Team, working across various roll form machines to manufacture a variety of home improvement products.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working a minimum of 38 hours per week on Day Shift (6am to 2:06pm).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manufacturing and assembling of various Stratco products
  • Interpreting product drawings and supporting manufacturing products to customer requirements
  • Operating roll form and general sheet metal equipment
  • General housekeeping tasks
  • Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects as required
  • Participate in training for specific items of plant and equipment
  • Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

  • Essential - strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
  • Desirable - manufacturing or sheet metal experience
  • Desirable - Forklift license & experience
  • Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
  • Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
