Description:
- Salary: $69,543 - $74,500 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
- 12-month Fixed Term parental leave contract based at Joondalup
In your role as a Customer Engagement Officer, you are most often the first interaction and contact that our customers have with Rocky Bay. You will deliver exceptional experiences to our customers to facilitate their journey from service enquiry, through to intake, service contract development and renewal.
What we need from you:
- Experience in providing high quality customer service using a person-centered approach through multiple channels i.e., phone, email, online, video link and face to face
- Experience on efficiently and effectively using customer data software to create, maintain and optimise customer information and service requests
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage a high case load of diverse and unique customer portfolio
- Experience within the Disabilities and NDIS sector
