The Lane Group have been serving Mandurah and the surrounding area for over 60 years – growing the company from Lane Ford to a now multitude of dealerships that covers a number of large manufacturers. We are currently looking for a career driven and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our amazing team.
About the role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our dealership, working directly with our valued customers and your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Greeting customers and build positive relationships
- Taking bookings, schedule and confirm service appointments
- Supply general advice/quotations to customers
- Following all internal processes and procedures
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs.
- Full time role; Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm.
What we are looking for:
- A people person with outstanding communication skills
- Honest and reliable
- A team player who values collaboration and positivity
- Have a good understanding of the automotive industry and be mechanically minded
- Results orientation – with a “can do” attitude
- Sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems
- Hold a current Western Australian driver’s licence
