About the role
- You will be the Focal point for clients bringing their vehicles in for service or repairs
- Promote and upsell services or products when appropriate, driving business growth
- Estimate repair times and costs and offer tailored solutions as per the client's needs
- Meet and exceed customer expectations
- Liaise between the technicians and clients to ensure clear and efficient service
- Manage client calls, schedule appointments, and keep them updated on the progress
- Be responsible your KPI’s and report accordingly
Key Requirements for Success
- Aptitude for sales
- Current License
- Understanding of the Servicing and Repair Process
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and be committed to high levels of customer service
- A can-do mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
