Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lending Support/Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s dynamic team. As a key player in their financial company, which specialises in lending services related to the real estate industry, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to their clients throughout the lending process. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer experiences and have a keen interest in the financial and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about lending products and services.
- Resolving member concerns as a first point of contact and escalating where appropriate.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding loan status, terms, and conditions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to facilitate smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Educate clients about various lending options and help them select the best products to meet their needs.
- Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, SMS.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, lending regulations, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
You’ll be a sharp professional, keen to join the team with like-minded individuals that are detail focused, excellent communicators, analytical and committed to quality. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have the following:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of lending processes and real estate financing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to understand, interpret and analyse numerical data and statistical information with the aptitude to recognise discrepancies.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate verification of loan information.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, leaders, and members.
- Strong organisational skills to manage a large volume of loan documentation, and to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- An understanding of compliance and governance issues pertaining to the role (e.g. NCCP, ACCC and Privacy Act).
