Due to Melchor’s continued growth we are seeking an experienced and driven Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team and play an integral part in the successful delivery of our projects throughout WA.
To be successful in this role you will possess experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages
- Several years experience as Mobilisation Coordinator (or similar role) within construction and or resources sector
- Experience delivering an end to end mobilisation process
- Experience and exposure to Pegasus, Success Factors and interface with WAIO and client systems in the resources sector is highly desirable though not essential
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees
- Excellent time management, problem solving and flexibility to adapt with changing priorities
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft office
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to project timelines
