Description:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Generating financial reports and statements to guide business decision making.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and federal financial regulations.
  • Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities.
  • Conducting risk management.
  • Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances.

Requirements:

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Conditions:

  • An estimated hourly wage range of AUD 80 - AUD 90 + Super per hour.
