Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in proactive outreach, making impactful cold calls to uncover and win new business opportunities.
- Forge lasting relationships with clients, driving loyalty while unlocking upsell and expansion potential.
- Deliver compelling product demos that highlight the game-changing value of the software solutions.
- Own your schedule by completing at least five high-impact demos per week
- Work closely with a dynamic team to sharpen sales strategies and collaborate on innovative marketing initiatives.
- Hit the road and make an impact, occasionally traveling interstate for conferences and key client meetings to expand your reach.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within SaaS, aged care, NDIS, or healthcare sectors
- Strong listening skills with the ability to identify client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
- Adaptable presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Initiative-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Base salary: $80,000 - $85,000
- Potential salary increase upon successful completion of a 6-month probation period
