Description:
This role reports to the Health, Safety, and Risk Manager and works closely with operational business leaders, safety teams, compliance teams, external consultants, regulators, and other stakeholders.- Join a newly structured Health and Safety team, enhancing existing procedures and strengthening safety culture and systems in preparation for the new site opening.
- Continuous training provided, internal and external.
- $100,000 - $120,000 + Super 12.5% + 10% Bonus
This is a permanent full-time role with a Hybrid working arrangement, 1 days WFH with the remaining time based on site.

- Lead the delivery and ongoing development of the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System.
- Develop and document Return to Work Plans in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate return-to-work programs by collaborating with employees, managers, insurers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices in health and safety.
- Provide expert advice on health, safety, and well-being across multiple business units.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and safe work method statements.
- Lead Health & Safety Committees, supporting representatives to be effective in their roles.
- Your Experience:
- Cert IV or higher in WHS (Work Health & Safety).
- Experience in a Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Advisory position.
- Advanced knowledge of NSW WHS legislation, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and consultation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Change management expertise and ability to facilitate collaborative relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to assess and manage risk while driving for results.
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.
