About the Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Supported Living team in a part time position. This role operates for 31.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 10:00am – 5pm and Friday 10:00am – 4pm. As an Administration Assistant , you’ll work as part of a small team, providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of day to day business. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide a friendly and professional front desk experience as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees of Kurrajong Supported Living.
  • Update and maintain a developed data base of files including personal, medical and other information as required.
  • Perform various administration duties relating to accounts and cash such as balancing and recouping petty cash and organising the payment and issuing of invoices.
Importantly, you must demonstrate a real passion to make a positive difference for people living with disability.

This position is remunerated with a salary of $53,922 + NFP salary packaging, super and annual leave loading.
