We are seeking a motivated lithium specialist to join the team to play a key role in advancing the company’s global exploration programs. Role Summary:
The Senior Exploration Geologist will be responsible for designing, managing and executing field exploration programs across the company’s lithium projects. This includes target generation, drill program execution, data interpretation and resource development. The successful candidate will be expected to work across multiple global lithium jurisdictions, ensuring that exploration programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute field-based exploration activities across global lithium projects.
• Oversee and manage drill programs, including RC and diamond drilling, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality data collection.
• Interpret and integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets to refine exploration targets.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants and field teams to ensure exploration programs are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct core logging, structural analysis and geotechnical evaluations for lithium-bearing pegmatites.
• Contribute to JORC-compliant reporting, assisting in the preparation of resource estimations and technical assessments.
• Collaborate with the broader technical team to evaluate and assess new lithium exploration opportunities.
• Ensure all exploration activities align with environmental, safety and regulatory compliance requirements in each project jurisdiction.
• Engage with local stakeholders, landowners and government agencies to maintain positive relationships and secure ongoing exploration success.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of mineral exploration experience, with a strong focus on lithium exploration.
• Experience working across multiple lithium provinces globally is highly regarded.
• Strong technical background in target generation, drill program management and lithium resource development.
• Proficiency in GIS, 3D modelling and exploration software (e.g., Leapfrog, Micromine, Surpac).
• Knowledge of JORC reporting standards and best practices in resource estimation.
• Strong fieldwork capability, including experience in remote and international exploration settings.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in preparing technical reports, investor presentations and exploration updates.
