About the Role
This role encompasses procurement, contract management, and the oversight of facilities and fleet operations. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting legally compliant, equitable contracts that align with the needs of all stakeholders. You will oversee the entire procurement process, from defining requirements to finalising agreements, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
Duties
Some of the responsibilities will involve;
- Oversee contract management and performance
- Assess and oversee the financial performance and budgeting of contracted services
- Facilities Management
- Fleet Management
- Reporting and budgeting
- Stakeholder management
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in either Facilities or contracts role is a must.
Exposure to contract management and negotiation is a must.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and understanding of financials and budgets
