We’re seeking a driven and technically proficient Account Executive to join our team at ASI Mildura office. In this role, you’ll leverage your IT sales experience and technical expertise to capture new clients, build strong relationships, and drive sustainable growth by selling IT solutions. You’ll also be responsible for managing accounts and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services to new and existing clients.
This permanent, full-time position is a stakeholder-facing role, requiring you to effectively manage client expectations and collaborate with our IT team to ensure these expectations are met to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition, and the relevant market
- Build and manage strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Create quotes and proposals for customer requirements and build sales pipelines
- Design and build suitable IT solutions to meet customer requirements – including cloud, mobile device management (MDM) and mobile applications.
A bit about you:
- Proven experience as a BDM / Account Executive or similar role
- Strong Understanding of the relevant market and the unique products and services that can be delivered
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations, creating quotes and designing customer specific solutions
- Proven track record in converting sales leads and selling IT solutions – including VMWare, infrastructure, cloud, and MDM services.
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- High-level communication & Stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
