- Full time contract role until the end of the year with potential extension.
- Attractive daily pay rate of $600 - $700 plus super
- Work Location: Hybrid (WFH + Parramatta office)
The Redeployment Advisor provides guidance, assistance, and support to enable employees impacted by organisational change successfully transition within the organisation or to explore new opportunities outside the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult with managers and undertake established procedures to assess the skills and capabilities of impacted employees, assist in the identification of suitable clerk graded roles that align with their knowledge, experience and career aspirations.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, to facilitate clear communication and feedback on information about placement opportunities and organisational changes.
- Provide high quality specialist support to employees, offering timely, clear, empathetic communication throughout the transition process.
- Escalate highly sensitive, complex or contentious redeployment issues to the Lead, Project Recruitment to enable effective resolution.
- Monitor and report on the progress of employee placements, to enable the effective management of the redeployment processes within established timelines.
- Post placement, follow-up with employees to assess and evaluate the success of the redeployment.
- Managing sensitive employee information and handling delicate situations with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a respectful and supportive approach.
- Maintain empathy and professionalism while assisting employees experiencing frustration, anxiety, or uncertainty about their career and future.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Experience in handling complex and sensitive stakeholder/ client issues.
