Join Prime Build, an award-winning construction company, as our next P&C Advisor and help us build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team!About the Role As a P&C Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our workforce across the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment & onboarding to performance management & HR operations. You’ll be the go-to person for managers and employees, providing trusted HR advice while ensuring compliance with HR processes, systems, and policies.
What You’ll Be Doing · Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage recruitment campaigns, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee smooth onboarding experience· HR Operations – Administer performance reviews, salary reviews, and employee lifecycle processes (e.g., promotions, transfers, exits)· HR Support & Engagement – Provide HR guidance to managers, coordinate people-related initiatives, and contribute to employee engagement & retention· Process Improvement – Identify and suggest HR system and workflow improvements
What We’re Looking For · 2-3+ years of generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment· Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field· Strong knowledge of HR best practices & employment legislation· Tech-savvy, with experience using HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter)· Excellent communication & relationship-building skills· Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism· Construction industry experience is highly desirable
