Utilising your extensive ER / IR experience, you will have the capacity to get involved in employee matters, HR projects and contribute to HR strategy. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to engage your stakeholder management experience, whilst working in a position that is respected and valued. This role is full time, 35 hours per week, located in Bathurst, or Dubbo.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing HR guidance, advice and services
• Support the management of conduct and performance
• Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters and disputes
• Job design and evaluation
• Organisational change
• Recruitment, on boarding and induction
• Grievance and disciplinary matters
• Workforce planning
To be successful in this role you will have several years of Australian experience in an HR business partnering role, including having worked with Awards and Enterprise agreements. You are a clear and confident communicator who is comfortable handling complex matters and high stakes conversations. Your ER / IR experience, coupled with your ability to implement performance improvement plans and run investigations, will enable you to navigate positive outcomes for the organisation. Occasional travel is required. Experience handling large sized employee populations will be looked upon favourably.
