Telum is working with a fast growing national company that is a market leader in precast concrete products.
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to work on their new site in Buchanan for an approx period of 3 months.
In this role you will be working beside the Production Manager in the initial factory set up, be responsible for the supervision, mentoring and training a team of up to 12 workers and ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe manner, adhering to our clients standards and systems.
About you
- You will be an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager
- Worked in the construction industry as a supervisor
- Experience in the precast / concrete industry with a focus on prestressing is desirable.
- Five plus years in the role of Supervisor managing a team of up to 12 workers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to delegate and manage multiple tasks and completing priorities
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Understand and lead by example in Work Health & Safety
