The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Sales Team. If you’re tech-savvy, motivated, and thrive on building strong client relationships, this role is for you.
You’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, aligning technology with their business goals. You’ll drive account growth, identify new opportunities, and work closely with our technical teams to deliver great outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactively drive technical improvements of the clients IT environment.
- Define technology roadmaps according to the client’s business objective.
- Lead regular business and technical review meetings, driving all outcomes to completion.
- Manage client expectations end to end.
- Identify new sales opportunities and meet targets, earning uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in a similar role (Technical Account Manager, IT Sales, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services.
- A valid driver’s license and your own car.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Based in Sydney.
