Description:
We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage our motor vehicle and mobile plant fleet. If you have experience in fleet management, contract administration, and asset management in a heavy industry environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the lifecycle of the fleet – from procurement to disposal
- Ensure reliability, compliance, and serviceability of fleet assets
- Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
- Provide strategic guidance to optimise fleet operations
- Lead capital projects and process improvements
What You Bring:
- Experience in fleet management within a heavy industry, power generation, or similar environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and external suppliers
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes related to fleet operations
- Technical knowledge of vehicle and mobile plant maintenance, compliance, and asset lifecycle management
- Expertise in fleet management systems and asset management best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset to optimise fleet operations
