The Technical Service Executive position would suit a qualified person who is actively seeking growth, wanting to hone the skills learnt, has commenced working it the industry for few years, ideally in the ingredient, bakery or dairy industry. They will be team members driven to meet the business goals reporting to the technical manager. This role involves a hands-on approach developing innovative prototypes, using your technical skills to drive the technical customer support. This role require you to interact with cross functional teams in the business, while developing growth within customers across ANZ.
Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus: Support a set of accounts with existing customers by building trust, meeting their needs by value differentiation. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Account managers, marketing and supply chain) to bring value to our customers.
- Technical support & Technical Services
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn the product portfolio, working with the Commercial team to support customer growth. Prepare and conduct technical presentation, pitching product innovations to customers as required.
- Responsible in providing technical support to nominated set of customer accounts. Responsibilities includes troubleshooting, presentations, technical briefs, projects and development of prototypes. Provide support as required for NPI and PLM.
- Quality Assurance
- Maintaining, reviewing and creating QA documentation, product specifications, COA and compliance documentation as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to investigate customer complaints, resolve quality issues and provide reports as required
- Conduct random laboratory quality testing of products as required.
- Support GTM team in providing documentation to customers
- Sampling program – Supporting ANZ sampling program, assist in inventory control, packing from bulk bags and sending samples to customers to support business needs.
- Regional & global participation –Connect and develop knowledge with global and regional teams to stay up to date with Ingredion new innovations and offerings.

- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in science based or food related courses
- Ability to multitask, well organized, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills. Customer focused.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated with can do attitude.
- Sound technical analytical mind, able to solve complex problems by thinking strategically.
- English fluency, both written and spoken
- Interstate travel required
Desirable requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in technical product application role. Sound knowledge with ingredient interactions in food matrix. Hands on practical lab and formulation development understanding. Experience in dairy and bakery skills will be highly regarded.
