What you will do:
As a key member of our Internal Sales team, you’ll be the voice of GRAF, playing a pivotal role in building relationships and driving sales in a dynamic B2B environment. You’ll take full ownership of client interactions, offering personalized solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. Your ability to cultivate strong client relationships will directly contribute to business growth and the lasting impact you make on our clients and brand.
Duties:
• Prepare and present quotes, following up to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with clients, consistently exceeding expectations
• Keep CRM records updated, managing leads and track sales activities effectively
• Handle inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, offering personalised service
• Address customer needs with technical insights and tailored solutions
• Working closely with local and national sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional results
What You Bring:
Essential Criteria:
• Proven success in internal sales or customer service, with experience in the plumbing or construction sectors
• Exceptional customer service skills, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with CRM tools
• Detail-focused, ensuring precision in all client interactions and sales activities
