Description:

Reporting into the CFO and Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage full-function Accounts Payable & Receivables
  • Assist CFO with End-to-End Payroll (Up to 15 employees)
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Oversee debtor management
  • Support CFO with month-end processing, reports, budgets & cash flow
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Liaise with ATO, finance brokers, insurers, and external accountants
  • Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, company events, and office administration
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar all-rounder Bookkeeper / Office Management role. Ideally, they will be proficient in Xero or generally tech-savvy. Most importantly, they will take initiative, be analytical, organised, self-sufficient, and have a can-do attitude.
