Maintenance Training Administrator
Clermont Open Cut
Clermont, Queensland
An opportunity currently exists for a proactive and organised Maintenance Training Administrator to support our Maintenance and Engineering Team. Reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, the scope of your role will be to provide a high level of administration and training support and work collaboratively with all site based personnel and actively participate in the day to day operations at Clermont Open Cut.
Your role will be to provide a high level of administration and general support to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager and Maintenance team members.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and administer maintenance training programs (Site Authorisation Training)
· Assist in maintaining maintenance related training materials with a focus on alignment to regulatory and company requirements.
· Liaise with maintenance trainers, assessors, supervisors to facilitate training sessions.
· Administration Reporting for Learning Management System to Maintenance Leadership Team.
· Administration Tasks –Purchasing/Invoicing, audit administration tasks, Reporting, End of Month requirements, general data entry into other maintenance related systems and other general administrative assistance requirements for the Maintenance SL Team.
Requirements of the role include:
· Proven experience in an administrative and or training role, preferably within training, maintenance, or a related industry.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience is an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to maintenance training is preferred.
· High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
· Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
· Strong communication skills both written and oral
· QLD Drivers Licence
· Desirable Skills – Cert 4 Training and Assessing, SAP, HSEC Management Systems
