THE POSITION
- Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
- Assist the Cook with daily operations
- People management and team development
- Liaise with the client to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support
- Handle administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and tracking performance, as well as other office software for scheduling and coordination.
THE PERSON
- Own reliable transport is preferred
- Experience in a food and retail environment with a customer focus an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Safety mindset
- Over 1 year of team leadership experience.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
