The Role

We are seeking an Account Executive (domestic) to join our team of dedicated professionals. This autonomous role involves managing your own portfolio of domestic clients (including home, motor, strata, and boat insurance) and handling all aspects of their insurance needs—quotations, new business, renewals, and endorsements.

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond effectively to client and prospect inquiries.

• Liaise with underwriters regarding client policies.

• Check confirmations and policy documents from insurers.

• Prepare client invoicing documents and liaise with underwriters.

• Assist with managing claims, including liaising with insurers and clients.

About You

To excel in this role, you will be professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused. You’ll have the ability to personalise each interaction, listen with understanding, and proactively seek solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in the insurance industry.

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain.

• Familiarity with Insight and/or Sunrise software (preferred).

• Customer-oriented and business-minded approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.

• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
