About the Role:The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for delivering requirements, scoping, design, and implementation support for the Salesforce platform. This role involves reviewing and analyzing the organization's business objectives, services, processes, and information needs to ensure optimal Salesforce functionality and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance Salesforce-based business systems by providing accurate insights into business needs and priorities
- Continuously improving business processes through better Salesforce functionality, process re-engineering, standardization, and simplification
- Communicate technical concepts effectively by providing clear, plain-language advice to non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess how evolving business requirements can be met using existing Salesforce solutions
- Elicit, analyze, and document business needs by developing EPICS and Stories that clearly define requirements and their implementation within Salesforce
- Plan and facilitate workshops and sprints to drive project progress
- Support solution development by assisting in the build, deployment, and testing phases
- Experience working within Agile frameworks
- Writing, refining, and prioritizing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to engage and manage business and project stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders both in-person and virtually
- Organize and facilitate workshops
- Capture, prioritize, and obtain sign-off on user requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and IT support skills to resolve system issues efficiently
