About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, optimizing Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our CRM capabilities. You will work closely with business teams, developers, and administrators to drive efficiency and innovation in our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis efforts to identify, document, and implement effective solutions.
  • Gather and elicit business requirements in an Agile environment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage Agile boards, prioritizing tasks and tracking progress to optimize workflows.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops to engage stakeholders and drive solution development.
  • Develop and refine process flow maps to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee requirements management, ensuring clarity, traceability, and completeness.
  • Break down complex requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams.
  • Navigate and resolve challenges with difficult stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and business alignment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Oversee RACI matrix management to clarify roles and responsibilities within projects.
  • Collaborate with test teams to ensure robust quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct hands-on testing to validate system performance and user experience.
  • Leverage Salesforce expertise to support business transformation initiatives (preferred).
  • Contribute insights from a Salesforce functional consultant perspective (nice to have).
  • Be available for immediate start or as soon as possible .
Qualifications & Skills
  • 4-6 years Business Analysis experience
  • Strong experience in business analysis, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation programs
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
