About This Role

The role of the Project Scheduler is to work with the Program Integration team to support the Training Centre Manager and other stakeholders to define and establish complex project and independent program schedules.

This role will contribute to the KC-30A Platform team by working across multiple, complex proposals/S&Qs in accordance with standard planning practices that are coherent with the overall ASIST deliveries.

Please note this is a Fixed Term, Maternity Leave Contract of 10months, with potential to become a permanent opportunity.

The role we are offering you

  • Support project setup, cost & schedule baselines in alignment with budgeted costs and timelines
  • Tracking and analysing WBS information to define schedule and cost risks/issues and formulate mitigations/recommendations
  • Coordinate the collect of reporting data and support with producing reporting as required under the ASIST contract
  • Support project governance and employ controls to close out actions and deliverables

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Previous experience in planning and scheduling is ideal
  • Strong administration skills
  • Proven experience working in project space
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels

  • RAAF Base Amberley, QLD
  • On-site Role

Security requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
