The Opportunity

As a Production Scheduler at Zone RV, you will play a critical role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to optimize efficiency and maintain timely product delivery. You will work closely with production teams, supply chain personnel, and management to create and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity. This role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, supply chain, and management teams to ensure seamless communication and schedule adherence.
  • Adjust schedules to accommodate changes in demand, machine downtime, and workforce constraints.
  • Minimize downtime by proactively adjusting schedules and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Coach and mentor internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with scheduling processes.
  • Monitor production metrics and generate performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use ERP systems and scheduling software to manage data and track progress.
  • Ensure the availability of raw materials and components to meet production requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and digital literacy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
