We are excited to offer the role of a Brand Manager for Move, Partnerships & PR.
The purpose of the role is to drive and execute the marketing strategies for the Move & Energy segments as well as drive the partnership & PR strategy for Blackmores Australia. This role will be responsible for driving category growth and ensuring brand relevancy to deliver consistent and differentiated brand offerings which serve consumer needs.
This role will report to our Consumer Marketing Lead and will be Sydney based with an expectation of working at least 3 days a week in office and 2 days from home. This role has an expectation of working in two of our work sites in NSW - Warriewood and Surry Hills due to regular collaboration work with various teams based in those sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives for the Move & Energy segments aligned with brand strategy for consumer impact and commercial success including media, communication, packaging & in store promotion.
- Development of the annual marketing plan for the Move & Energy portfolio in Australia.
- Development & execution of strong go-to-market plans for innovation projects relevant to the portfolio.
- Responsible for the creation of our annual Australian Partnerships & Public Relations (PR) strategy. Identify opportunities to further embed the National Basketball League (NBL) partnership in us through the line (TTL) marketing plans that include integration into customer plans and performance metrics tracking.
- Work with the public relations (PR) agency to generate proactive, positive consumer media coverage for Blackmores Australia, developing complimentary media partnerships and working with the digital team to drive social conversation and engagement. Develop with the relevant marketing segment leads public relations (PR) plans that supports our consumer growth platforms, key campaign moments & New Product Development (NPD).

Who are you?
- Preferred a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business studies.
- Possess at least 5 to 7 years of work experience in Brand Marketing and up to 3 to 5 years of work experience in PR and partnership marketing. A track record in dealing with healthcare marketing or extensive experience in this space will be good.
- Strong track record or work experience in creating and launching innovative campaigns to support strategic initiatives. Examples shared should highlight ability to work with agencies (creative and media) and a successful campaign brief.
- Strong influencing skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker coupled with media relation skills that include sponsorships activation and relationship management.
- Experience in translating consumer insights into communication activations for growth is a desired skill
