We are excited to offer the role of Senior Brand Manager - Practitioner.
The purpose of the role is to define and execute the marketing strategies for our Health Care Practitioners (HCP’s) for Blackmores. This role will be responsible all activities relating to the Blackmores brand in Community Pharmacies and with Specialist HCP’s and driving growth the traditional pharmacy channel. This role will also have responsibility of the healthy ageing segments eye and heart.
This role will lead a team and will be reporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ. This role has an expectation of working in two of our work sites in NSW - Warriewood and Surry Hills due to regular collaboration work with various teams based in those sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Create the vision, strategy and marketing plan for Blackmores to reignite the specific HCP’s as identified in corporate strategy.
- Develop and launch new product development (NPD) specific to the community pharmacy channel.
- Build relationships with HCP Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) and establish Blackmores as a thought leader in collaboration with Blackmores Institute.
- Develop, lead and execution of go-to-market plans for healthy ageing segments.
- Develop the Education and Training strategic plan for the Blackmores brand to deliver the business objectives and profit targets.
- Lead the development of the events strategy working with the BioCeuticals Team to the professional standard.
- Leading Blackmores Events strategic incorporating existing trade events as well as identifying new events aligned to the strategic direction. Work with BioCeuticals team to manage priorities and internal resource to support events calendar
- Identification of key industry bodies and events that Blackmores should be involved in. Work with the events team to build key initiatives into the calendar.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to drive portfolio profitability.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build capabilities in an evolving world, building new skills into the team, and coaching talent to develop and realise their potential.

Who are you?
- Degree in Marketing or Business Studies
- At least 7 years’ or more of working experience in HCP Marketing, healthcare marketing or strong exposure to retail traditional pharmacy marketing strategies
- Possess strong leadership and people management skills coupled with strong commercial acumen
- Strong ability to perform data analysis and translating it into insights and actional plans to help drive growth for a sales channel (mainly pharmacy)
- Events management & education/training experience in the pharmaceutical area is desired
