About the Role This is a newly created opportunity to join TLC Healthcare as our Learning and Organisational Development Manager , reporting directly to the CHRO. This strategic and hands-on role will see you take ownership of learning, development, and organisational culture, as well as lead and inspire a small team of talented professionals.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement leadership development pathways.
  • Drive cultural alignment with TLC Healthcare’s mission and values.
  • Organise and support professional development and employee engagement initiatives to foster retention.
  • Design engagement surveys, analyse results, and develop action plans that make an impact.

About You We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our passion for learning and culture. You will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organisational culture, and employee engagement. (Healthcare or aged care experience is highly advantageous.)
  • Proven expertise in team leadership and employee engagement .
  • Relevant qualifications in Learning and Development, Organisational Psychology , or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to inspire a high-performing team.
  • Advanced skills in training needs analysis, survey methodologies, and continuous improvement principles .
  • A results-driven mindset with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities .

Requirements

  • A current Victorian Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS platforms.
