About The Role
The Allied Health Regional Education Coordinator supports allied health professionals across GV Health and partner organisations in the Hume Region, spanning all career stages. Reporting to the Allied Health Education & Research Unit Manager, the role is part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead professional development and foster a positive learning culture within GV Health and partnering Hume region health services.
- Ensure evidence-based education programs are evaluated, improved, and aligned with best practices.
- Explore and champion new education delivery models to address emerging healthcare challenges.
About You
To succeed in this role, applicants should have:
- 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience in planning, delivering clinical education
- Strong clinical leadership experience
- High-level analytical and investigative skills including research and quality assurance skills
