About the role
Amarti is seeking a part-time to full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Cowwarr, Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content across our social media platforms, with the aim of building brand awareness and driving audience growth.
This position is strictly in-house and requires on-site work at the venue. Remote or distant work arrangements are not suitable for this role.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Youtube
- Teaming up with management to create social media strategies that align with our brand goals
- Create visually appealing and on-brand content including images, videos and captions, keeping our audience coming back for more
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages from our followers in a timely manner
- Analyse social media performance and provide recommendations to optimise content and engagement
- Collaborate with the team on integrated campaigns and events
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a social media coordinator or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Creative flair and an eye for design
- Proficiency in using social media management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytics
- A proactive, self-driven individual who can take ownership and can manage social media strategies from start to finish.

About us
Amarti is a stunning family-owned European inspired wedding and events venue nestled in Cowwarr, Gippsland. We also have an onsite restaurant operating with both indoor and outdoor seating. Our Weddings and Events are usually on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and the Restaurant operates with a preparation day on Thursdays, open Friday to Sunday 10:30am to 4pm.
For the right candidate this could lead to a long term full time position.
