Description:
Position: Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Full Time / Part Time)

Who we are:
Sweet Paeds Therapy is a private paediatric occupational therapy service located in Pakenham 3810. Our practice has two clinic sites including a huge purpose-built Ayres Sensory Integration space. Sweet Paeds Therapy offers supports to children and families within the clinic, and out in the community (most often at homes, kindergartens, schools).
We strongly value clinical growth and professional development for our therapists as our aim is to offer the highest quality of occupational therapy in Melbourne's South East. We do this by utilising the Data Driven Decision Making (DDDM) model to provide best practice assessment and intervention services (don't guess, assess!), and offering numerous opportunities for our therapists to expand their knowledge and clinical skills.
We are a small team of occupational therapists, admin staff, and management staff who work together closely and collaboratively to strive for clinical excellence, and support a strong culture and growth mindset. Our administration team manage all non-clinical communication and administration including but not limited to managing client bookings, cancellations, meetings, community visits and compliance checks. We have created a high quality service by investing back into our team, facilities and resources.
