ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity to provide vital support to both the CFO and Head of Finance in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, handling email correspondence, and ensuring meetings run seamlessly.
DUTIES
- Diary & calendar management – coordinate schedules and resolve conflicts
- Document preparation – print materials for meetings, formatting, and managing reports
- Email & admin support – assist with email correspondence and task prioritisation
- Board & committee coordination – gather and organise key documents for submission
- General team assistance – providing support to the Finance team as required
- Proven EA or Team Assistant experience, ideally in finance or professional services
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word formatting and document preparation
- Proactive and confident
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
