- You will be the go-to person within the business for technical enquiries from internal stakeholders and customers.
- You will occasionally travel to hospitals to work on-site to provide technical support and training to clinical staff and biomedical engineers, all other times you will be based on-site in Brookvale.
- You will be involved in troubleshooting any product issues, including diagnostics and repairs.
- You will provide support and training across ANZ for internal and external stakeholders.
- You will have qualifications preferably, however, if you are an IT savvy person used to doing repairs and maintenance on software/hardware, you are encouraged to apply.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar technical/support/help desk/field service role.
- Ideally with experience within the medical field (manufacturing or service environment) but not necessary.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and client relationship skills.
