The role
As an Administrative Officer at the Sydney Olympic Park Authority, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sports venues portfolio. Your will provide a broad range of administrative and operational support, ensuring we meet our operational objectives efficiently and effectively. You'll be preparing and formatting various documents, managing information requests, and organizing meetings to keep everything running smoothly.
You'll be delivering high-quality administrative services while managing various demands and priorities. Your ability to work independently, use your initiative, and maintain confidentiality will be essential. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will ensure cohesive and consistent work practices across the board.

What you will bring to the role:

Previous experience delivering quality administrative services and negotiating workable timeframes, given competing client demands and priorities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to and collaborate with team members.

Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
