The Opportunity:
This role is primarily about growing and protecting the sales within all of Hydraulink’s distribution channels, maintaining budgeted sales levels and building and maintaining effective relationships.
Alongside this you will lead and mentor our awesome sales and service team to ensure that both the team and the branch are performing to a high standard

About you:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Sales experience in both new business development and account management - preferably in a similar or related industrial sector.
- A tertiary qualification in an appropriate or relevant automotive or mechanical discipline (advantageous but not compulsory).
- Budget management skills.
- Ability to form sound business relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, to negotiate effectively and to present professional business proposals.
