About the role
Responsible for master data governance and compliance, contribute to optimising maintenance strategies and supporting stakeholders across various sites.
This role is responsible for the ongoing management of master data within Pulse CMMS, including maintaining asset registers, preventative maintenance tasks, work instructions, resourcing and budgeting. You will support the development, review and implementation of mobile equipment preventative maintenance programs within the system.
The role will oversee the integrity and governance of maintenance data within Pulse and collaborate with stakeholders across the Group and suppliers to provide seamless maintenance systems support and manage OEM system setup and administration.

About you
You will have minimum 2 years’ experience in planning maintenance of mechanical heavy mobile equipment and solid technical knowledge and skills across planning, scheduling and maintenance concepts. A mechanical or electrical trade background would be highly advantageous. Ideally you will have experience working with Pulse or similar maintenance system (e.g. SAP) in a similar role and have strong knowledge of master data management processes, tools and techniques. Previous experience in data modelling, quality management and governance will help identify and drive improvement opportunities in asset management processes across the Group.
